The NEBOSH National Certificate in the Management of Health and Well-being at Work gives managers, supervisors and HR personnel the skills and knowledge to tackle health and well-being at work.

Course Content

The NEBOSH Health and Well-being Certificate course is split into two units of study, each of which is assessed separately:

Unit NHC1: Managing Health and Well-being at Work
- Introduction to Workplace Health
- Effects of Health on Work
- Effects of Work on Health
- Management of Attendance
- Management of Mental Health at Work
- Management of People with Musculoskeletal Disorders
- Workplace Health Promotion
- Workplace Health Support
Unit NHC2: Practical Application

Assessment

Unit NHC1 of the NEBOSH Health and Well-being Certificate is assessed by a two-hour written exam. Unit NHC2 is assessed by a workplace-based practical assessment (a workplace health review and a report to management).

Exams take place in March, June, September and December. We have exam centres in over 80 countries worldwide and we make all the arrangements for you.

All of our courses contain plenty of exam practice to ensure you are fully prepared for the exam. Many of our trainers are also NEBOSH examiners, so they're well placed to provide advice and guidance throughout your course.
